A FEW LITTLE DETAILS

Curiosity is
very welcome.

For the curious cats among us.

What sort of game is Kittenap?

A cosy falling puzzle game. Guide cat formations into a six-column board, make connected groups, and set up cascades as the cats above settle into place.

How do I make a match?

Connect at least four cats of the same coat horizontally or vertically. Any connected shape works; diagonal neighbours don’t count. Matched cats clear, giving the cats above room to fall.

Can I play at my own pace?

Cats fall gently, so there is still a little timing to consider. Pause whenever you need a break. Challenge gives you a specific goal; Endless lets you play for a personal best.

Who’s in the cat pile?

Ginger, Tabby, Siamese and Tuxedo. The challenges introduce more coats and five formation shapes as you progress, from single cats to little squares.

What’s the helping paw?

The shove move lets you slide a settled cat into an empty neighbouring space on its left or right. You get one successful shove between drops. Sometimes that tiny nudge starts a lovely chain.

When can I play?

Kittenap is coming to iPhone and iPad. It is still in development, with no public download, store page or announced release date yet. The artwork and gameplay shown here come from the current prototype; details may change.
